Altconnectcapital is a privately owned specialized marketing and sales organization focused on alternative investments such as affordable housing, green infrastructure investments, real estate investments and absolute return strategies. We bring specialized investment expertise to pension funds, wealth managers, family offices and foundations in the Benelux.
With these investments, investors can make an impact to the world besides making a solid return on their investments.
We work closely with our investment manager and bring their knowledge and their investment solutions to the investment community through meetings, presentations and seminars. Through our experience and local network, we can help international investment manager to implement a successful marketing strategy and raise capital. We prefer to work with investment managers who support the sustainable development goals.
We represent several boutique investment managers
William Lindenbergh has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry including fund management, sales and marketing and consulting. He worked at several boutique investment managers before he founded his own company in 2014. William Lindenbergh is a registered member of the Dutch Securities Institute and has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.
The name altconnectcapital refers to alternative investment solutions which we connect to professional investors. We constantly search for the best-in-class investment managers and are aware what investors want. Altconnectcapital is an initiative of Private Office Lindenbergh and its office is located in Rijswijk.

Tulp Hypotheken has set up a fully operational mortgage origination platform providing easy and safe access to the Dutch mortgage market, offering residential mortgages, both NHG (government guaranteed) and non NHG. On 15 May 2018 Tulp Hypotheken started originating Non NHG mortgages financed by TwentyFour Asset Management (24AM) and NatWest Markets (RBS).
Tulp currently has an opportunity to invest in unleveraged (whole loan) NHG mortgages (Government guaranteed).
re:cap global investors is an independent, internationally-oriented M&A advisor and asset manager for renewable energies. With a specialist team consisting largely of solar and wind energy experts, re:cap provides clients with services geared to the evaluation and selection of suitable projects. Where necessary, re:cap also acts as asset manager for the facilities, reviewing them regularly for potential process and profit optimisation. As a boutique, re:cap offers first-class, high-end advisory services to institutional investors seeking investment opportunities in infrastructure projects. We already acquired just over 700 megawatts on behalf of our clients
